Changes to Saturday trading during NSW Lockdown

COVID-19 Update 12th October 2021

Coastline's South West Rocks, Kempsey, Port Macquarie and Taree stores will be reopen for trading from this Saturday 16th October from 9am-12pm. We look forward to seeing you then!  

COVID-19 Update 21st September 2021

Coastline's Taree and Port Macquarie stores will return to Saturday morning trading from Saturday, 25th September 2021 9am - 12pm.

Unfortunately following today's announcement that the Kempsey LGA will return to a 7 day lockdown from 5pm today, our South West Rocks and Kempsey branches will not be reopening this Saturday, we will advise our customers as soon as a decision has been made to recommence saturday morning trading at these branch locations.
Please note that all Coastline branches remain open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and the Crescent Head Agency is open 10am-1.30pm Monday to Friday. 
Customers are encouraged to utilise our convenient online service including internet banking, telephone banking and MyCOAST mobile banking app.

Coastline branches will remain closed on Saturday mornings as we transition out of lockdown.
We'd like to reassure our customers that Saturday trading will recommence in the near future and we will notify you of our decision to reopen in due course.
All branches remain open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and the Call Centre is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

COVID-19 Update 17th August 2021

In response to NSW Health imposed lockdowns across NSW, all Coastline branches will NOT OPEN for Saturday morning trading for the duration of the lockdown. 
Branches affected are Taree, Port Macquarie, Kempsey and South West Rocks.
All branches remain open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and the Call Centre is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
Our priority is to ensure the safety of our team members and customers, please avoid unneccessary visits to Coastline branches where possible. Our convenient online banking services including Telephone banking, Internet Banking and the MyCOAST Mobile Banking App are easily accessible 24/7.
If you need to visit us, please ensure you wear a mask and sanitise your hands upon entry to our branches, we also ask you to check in with the Service NSW App using the QR code provided.
