Going paperless is easy! 

Simply log onto your Internet Banking service and find the Settings Menu located at the top of the page. 

Click on Manage eStatements 

Follow the prompts to register for eStatements.

Please enter a current email address to receive eStatement notifications. 

Click the Save button to complete your registration.

Other options to open an account with us are to simply contact us on 1300 36 1066 or visit one of our branches. You will need to have verified copies of your passport/licence and Medicare Card.

The Coastline Gold Benefits club has been specially developed for those over 50 years of age. For a low annual fee, membership entitles you to a range of benefits. You will receive bonus interest rates on deposits, discounted rates on selected loans, reduced rates on home/contents and vehicle insurances, plus invitations to important seminars on subjects that affect lifestyle and financial well-being of the over 50's.

Yes. You can open an account on your MyCOAST app or Internet Banking. If you would like this to be a joint account, you will need to send a Secure Mail advising us, or come into a branch.

To have a joint account, both people need to be a member of Coastline. We do not offer joint memberships. These are unique to each person.

No. We have accounts for everyone. Our Coastline Cubs account is for kids (0 - 11 years old inclusive - children will need a guardian with them to open an account). Our Kickstart accounts are for older children (12 - 17 years inclusive).

You will need a birth certificate to sign up for these accounts. They offer great interest rates!
