Coastline cuts interest rates on home and business loans rates by 0.25%
Coastline will reduce interest rates on Variable Rate home loans and Residential Secured Variable Business Loans effective Monday, 23 March 2020

Owner Occupier Principal and Interest will reduce by -0.25% p.a.

Owner Occupier Interest Only will reduce by -0.25% p.a.

Investor Principal and Interest will reduce by -0.25% p.a.

Investor Interest Only will reduce by -0.25% p.a.

Home Equity Access will reduce by -0.25% p.a.

Residential Secured Variable Business Loans will decrease by -0.25%

Residential Secured Variable Business Interest-Only Loans will decrease by -0.25%
How will this decision change my repayments?
Coastline will automatically adjust your home loan interest rate to reflect the change on 23 March 2020
If you are making Principal and Interest repayments

Coastline will not automatically reduce your minimum repayments when there is a decrease in rate.

You can choose to let your repayments remain the same, so you could pay off your home or business loan sooner.

If you would like to reduce your repayments, please speak to your lending specialist.
If you are making Interest Only repayments

You won’t have to do anything. Your interest payments will automatically decrease with the rate reduction.
How can I check my repayments and home loan interest rate?
You can view your current home loan repayment amount and interest rate in the MyCOAST App or Coastline Internet Banking.

Log in to the MyCOAST App and select your home loan from the list of accounts

On the accounts screen, tap or swipe the 2 lines from the left to the right on your home loan account and select ‘Info’

Your interest rate can be found under ‘Loan Information’

Log into your internet banking account

Select the ellipsis (…) to the right of your home loan

Your interest rate can be found under ‘Interest Rate’
