Fake calls claiming to be Coastline Bank

We’re aware of scammers posing as Coastline Bank’s Fraud or Compliance team. These callers may ask for your card number, CVC, expiry date, or information about recent transactions.
Scam calls can appear to come from legitimate phone numbers, and the caller may claim to represent a trusted organisation. They often sound urgent and pressure you to act quickly.
Remember: be cautious of any unexpected call, especially from numbers you don’t recognise.
If you receive a suspicious call
- Let unknown numbers go to voicemail.
- If you answer, do not engage. Do not share personal information, card details, or banking information. If something feels off, hang up.
- Report the call to Coastline Bank:

- Email: riskandcompliance@coastline.com.au
- Visit your local branch
- Block the number to prevent further contact.
