Coastline Bank 90 x $500 Apprentice and Trainee Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Coastline Bank is pleased to announce the availability of 90 x $500 scholarships for local apprentices and trainees to assist with their cost of study. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all applicants for the Coastline Bank Apprentice and Trainee Scholarship Program.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Coastline Bank Apprentice and Trainee Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a customer of Coastline Bank or willing to join to receive the scholarship.
• Be a resident of the Macleay, Hastings, or Manning Valleys.
• Be employed as a trainee or apprentice at the time of application.
• Provide valid proof of employment as a trainee or apprentice (such as a letter from your employer, a current employment contract, or most recent payslip).

2. Scholarship Details

• 90 scholarships, in the form of direct deposit into a nominated Coastline Bank account, each worth $500, are available.
• The scholarships are designed to assist with the cost of study for apprentices and trainees residing in the Macleay, Hastings, and Manning Valleys.

3. Application Process

• Applications will be accepted between 9:00 AM on 21^st April 2026 and 5:00 PM on 15th May 2026.
• Applications must be submitted online via the official Coastline Bank apprentice and trainee scholarship application form during the specified application period. 4. Selection Process

• If there are more eligible applicants than available scholarships, successful applicants will be chosen through a random draw.
• The draw will take place after the application period ends and the winners will be notified within 7 business days.

5. Notification of Successful Applicants

• Successful applicants will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details provided in their application.
• If a successful applicant cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the scholarship may be awarded to another eligible applicant.

6. Use of Scholarship Funds

• The scholarship funds are to be used for educational purposes related to the applicant’s apprenticeship or traineeship, such as tuition fees, books, tools, supplies, fuel or other related expenses.

7. Personal Information

• By applying, applicants consent to Coastline Bank using their personal information for the purpose of administering the scholarship program, including verifying eligibility and notifying successful applicants.
• Coastline Bank respects applicants’ privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

• The scholarships are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other form of reward.
• Coastline Bank reserves the right to disqualify any applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who provide false or misleading information in their application.
• Coastline Bank’s decision regarding the scholarship winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Coastline Bank may contact scholarship recipients to request testimonials or participation in marketing activities. By applying, recipients acknowledge and agree to reasonably assist with these requests.
• Applicants acknowledge that scholarship funds must be applied by 30 June 2026. Applicants who are not existing Coastline Bank customers agree to make reasonable efforts to open an account with Coastline Bank prior to this date.

9. Liability

• Coastline Bank accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property as a result of participating in the scholarship program, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

• Coastline Bank reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
