Telephone Banking is to be discontinued from 31st January 2022.
For over 25 years Coastline's automated Telephone Banking platform served as an efficient way for customers to check their balances and transfer money between accounts from the convenience of their landline or mobile phone device.
Technology has come a long way since then and Coastline have stayed current with customer trends and demands, adding new services to their digital banking offerings such as Internet Banking and the Mobile Banking App (MyCOAST).
Following a significant decline in registered users on the Telephone Banking platform, Coastline have made a difficult decision to discontinue the Telephone Banking service from 31st January 2022. Resources will be reallocated to the improvement of the existing Internet Banking and MyCOAST services.
Customers who are actively using Telephone Banking are asked to register for an alternative service before 31st January 2022 to prevent disruption to their banking.
