The 7th August 2020 marks two years since we lost one of our most dedicated and resilient team members – Kylie Duncan. Not a day goes by that we do not think of her and her presence is felt in every action we take here at Coastline.
Kylie’s commitment and ambition saw her attain a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) whilst working fulltime at Coastline, which is truly something to be admired.
To honour Kylie’s legacy, Coastline has introduced the annual Kylie Duncan Memorial Scholarship to Coastline staff, helping foster career development and providing opportunities for our team to achieve their potential. The recipient will receive $5,000 to assist with study costs.
Today we are pleased to announce the inaugural recipient of the Kylie Duncan Memorial Scholarship

Mitch will look to further his knowledge and experience by enrolling in a Diploma of Leadership and Management through to Institute of Strategic Management.
We really appreciate Julie, Kylie’s mother, taking the time on this special day to be part of the inaugural Kylie Duncan Memorial Scholarship presentation.
Mitch said “I feel very privileged to receive this award in honour of Kylie’s memory. She means so much to Coastline and hearing stories about Kylie and her dedication to her career makes me determined to progress in my role at Coastline. Thank you for this opportunity.”
Each year, Coastline will announce the Kylie Duncan Memorial Scholarship recipient on the 7th August, the anniversary of Kylie’s passing.
