Karyn was born and bred in the Macleay. She has always had a passion and love for art. She would have loved to become an art teacher but her family were too important that she could not leave town to go to university. For 30 years Karyn has dedicated her life to her children (and motorbikes), she saw an art class advertised and decided to do something for her own interests. This turned into a social occurrence.
Karyn loves to try different challenges, whether it be colour or texture effects. She usually paints landscapes, but has developed a recent love of painting animals.
