COVID-19 Latest Update
As the NSW COVID-19 outbreak unfolds, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and the wider community remains top priority.
Following the public health order issued by NSW Health, it is now mandatory for everyone entering a Coastline branch to wear a face mask, social distance and to check in via the QR code using the Service NSW App.
Hand sanitising stations are available at entry points and we ask you to please sanitise your hands upon entering.
To help stop the spread of COVID-19, we no longer require signatures on withdrawal slips. We may ask you for identification before performing a transaction.
We are an essential service and currently all Coastline branches and the Call Centre remain fully operational.
Coastline will continue to monitor advice from authorities, and we will keep you updated if the conditions change.
If you are unwell, have recently visited a known COVID Hotspot, or for all non-essential visits, we encourage you to utilise our digital banking services including Internet Banking, MyCOAST App and Telephone Banking.
