Denise is a fine art photographer from Port Macquarie. She is experienced in all genres of Photography and has gained National and International Awards for Nature and Creative categories. While Denise is happy shooting underwater subjects, the night sky, people, landscapes and nature, she loves flowers for their colour, form and diversity.
In 2019 she decided to organise an exhibtiion of Floral Art at the Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery along with 5 other female photographers. The Floral Art exhibition was the first one after restrictions eased in September 2020. Viewers of the Art Gallery were treated to a variety of flowers and colours as well as styles. Although all artworks start as a photograph, some are taken beyond the photograph and into the realm of more painterly presentations. Some flowers featured were bright and cheery and others that are soft and dreamy. The exhibition helped to lift spirits with its celebration of floral art and visitors were surrounded by beauty.
Denise now brings her exhibition to the Coastline Art Hub.
