Coastline’s Mortgage Offset Account is an ideal way to manage your money. A mortgage offset is a savings account that links directly to your Minimiser Home Loan. The daily credit balance of the mortgage offset account directly offsets the daily debit balance of the loan when calculating interest.

For $5 a month you’ll be rewarded with unlimited free Coastline / BCU / Westpac / St George and Bank SA ATM, EFTPOS and BPAY transactions, free Telephone Banking and Internet Banking as well as unlimited deposits.

If you maintain a monthly membership balance of $5,000 or more (combined Savings, Investments and Loans) with Coastline or you are 21 years or under, you won't pay any service fee at all.
