32nd Macleay River Marathon

Commencing 7:00am, Trial Bay Gaol, South West Rocks

Incorporporating Marathon 42.2km, Half Marathon 21.1km, 10km Run, 5km Leisure Walk, 2km Run / Walk (6-10 y.o.), Treasure Hunt (3-5 y.o.)

All proceeds go to local charities and community groups. Races sanctioned by Triathlon N.S.W.

Please note the following important information: There are no online entries for the 5km Leisure Walk, 2km run / Walk or the Treasure Hunt. Enter these events on the day, up to 15 minutes before the start of each event. Online entries for the Marathon, Half Marathon and 10 km Run close at midnight on Wednesday the 5th June. Entries for these three events will be accepted at registration on Saturday the 8th June (2pm to 4pm), subject to availability. An additional late fee of $15.00 is payable with entries received on Saturday 8th June.

Marathon – 18 years on day of rac

Results

Each entrant in Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km Run events will receive a finishers certificate and race medallion. Walkers will receive a certificate. Results should be available on our results page by Monday 10th June.

Approximately 12:00 noon

Registration

Saturday, 8th June 2013, 2:00pm-4:00pm at the Trial Bay shelter shed.

Sunday, 9th June 2013, 6:00am, up to 15 mins prior to each race commencement.

Road Closures

From Spencerville Bridge to Hat Head turnaround. Must run on LEFT hand side on outgoing journey and return on SAME side of closed road. In town area must run on footpaths where available.

Lucky Draws

Entrants in all four (4) adult events are eligible to win lucky draws including the colour television plus accommodation packages and sponsors products but must be present at the draw.

A 10 Minute massage is available for competitors at completion of race. Gold coin donation appreciated for charity.
