Coastline's Mobile banking lets you access your accounts from the convenience of your mobile device. Simple and secure, with Mobile banking, you can access balance and transaction information, pay your bills, transfer funds and pay other people within Australia.

Mobile banking is synchronised with Internet Banking, so your existing payees and billers are already available.

If you are registered for Internet banking and have access to the web on your mobile device, simply go to https://online.coastline.com.au/mobi on your phone's web browser and you can get started with Mobile banking using your existing log on details.

Mobile Banking Features

• View Account Balances
• View Account History
• Pay a bill using Bpay ¹
• Search Saved Billers by Biller Code, by Biller Customer Reference Number or by Biller Name
• Transfer Funds within your own accounts
• Transfer Funds to another account ²
• Search External Payees by To Account, Account Title or by Lodgement Reference
• View Auto Transfers

¹ Payments can only be sent to existing saved billers.
² Payments can only be sent to previously used payees.

Making your accounts visible in Mobile Banking

In order for you to be able to access your accounts in Mobile Banking, you first need to activate them from within Internet Banking.

Follow these instructions:

1. Log into Internet Banking using you existing Member Number and Password
2. Click on the menu icon in the top right of the Internet Banking screen
3. Click on the button in the left menu
4. Select the accounts you would like to have visible in your Mobile Banking
5. Click Save My Mobile Banking Preferences button.

When you then log into Mobile Banking, you should be able to see your preferred accounts.
