Free Access to 2800 Westpac & St George ATMs across Australia

Unlike customers of some other financial institutions, Coastline Members can access their cash - both locally and across Australia - at Westpac, St George*, Bank SA, Coastline and Bananacoast CU ATMs fee-free!

From the 3 March ATM owners directly charge cardholders a transaction fee for using their ATMs if the cardholder does not bank with that ATM owner. Currently Coastline members are not charged a fee to access their accounts from Coastline, BCU and Westpac ATMs.

We are pleased to announce that from 1 May 2009 Coastline members will also have free access to St George* and Bank SA ATMs. Coastline members will now have free access to over 2800 Coastline, BCU, Westpac, St George* and Bank SA ATMs across Australia.

ATMs

ATM facilities provide a convenient means for withdrawing cash from your account. Your Coastline Cards can be used in almost all ATM's.

Free Transactions

Members can access unlimited free ATM withdrawals by using any Westpac, St George*, Bank SA, Coastline or Bananacoast CU ATM.

* Please note that St George ATMs located in BP Service Stations although branded St George are owned by a third-party and therefore are not charge free.

Access

Most ATM's are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

ATM Card Reading Devices

ATMs use different methods for capturing card details. Follow the instructions on the machine to determine the appropriate method.

Insert - Insert the card in the slot provided - The card will be drawn into the machine and returned when the transaction is complete.

Dip - Insert and remove the card from the slot indicated.

Swipe - Swipe the card vertically down or up the slot indicated.

Follow the prompts provided by the machine, if you make a mistake, press the clear or cancel button and start again.

Security
